- Planning an event? It is your responsibility to check the event calendar for conflicting events. Please pay specific attention to date, time and event topic. Faculty members will need to confirm their events do not conflict with all-school meetings, faculty meetings, holidays, or other major events. After confirming with the calendar, please submit one of the following completed forms – In-Person Planning Form or the Virtual Event Planning Form. Completed forms should be submitted to Scharevt@gmu.edu.
