Schar School Ambassadors

Schar School Student Ambassadors are undergraduates who are deeply invested in the Schar School of Policy and Government who wish to participate in our school’s outreach, orientation, and recruitment efforts.  Our Ambassadors are all high-achieving students who are connected to groups all across Mason.

By becoming a Schar School Student Ambassador, you will be able to get a kind of access to the Schar School staff and faculty that is otherwise impossible to cultivate.  By assisting with our outreach, you’ll be able to shape the program for years to come, and use your experience to leverage other opportunities in the future.

Feel free to connect with any of our student ambassadors. Their profiles and email addresses can be found below.

I chose Mason because of the fantastic opportunities available as a result of being so close to DC. The Schar School is home to amazing professors who genuinely want their students to learn and succeed. The faculty and my peers provide me with a support system that encourages me to work hard.

Involved in Student Government, Mason Ambassadors, Danceworks, and as a Resident Assistant.

I chose Mason because of the proximity to DC and Schar's fantastic reputation in the world of public policy. The opportunities given at Mason are unparalleled and have also challenged me to grow in and out of the classroom.

Involved in Mason Ambassadors, Chi Psi Fraternity (Treasurer), George Mason Democrats (Vice President), and Student Government (Student Body President).

I chose Mason because of the amazing networking opportunities and vast fields of study that fit my interests and goals. Mason’s incredible faculty and education programs also drew me here all the way from my home in New York.
